I am super excited to be adding a Counselling business card to my collection!

I now offer Counselling as well as Shiatsu, at my practice in Exwick, Exeter.

My Counselling is client led, it is affirming and accepting.

I truly listen and hear what the client is needing within the session.

This creates a Counselling space where a client can be seen, heard, respected, validated.

Then maybe things can be gentle looked at, explored, questioned…..with no judgement or expectation…..
