    Shiatsu is a form of hands-on therapy that can leave the client feeling relaxed, improve their energy levels & alleviate stress & tension. It is like a massage but is given through clothes. It is given on a futon mat, on the floor, but can be given on a couch or seated. It works by balancing the energy in the body, relieving symptoms & relaxing the body & mind.
