Busy times, Shiatsu Exeter & Dawlish, Devon

I don’t know if you feel the same but sometimes I have a point in the year that I am looking forward to, but also dreading at the same time, as it’s going to be busy, possibly too busy! I have been sort of blocking June out of my mind, I had trouble turning the calendar page over yesterday! June is going to be an amazing month, I have so much Shiatsu stuff happening, also family birthdays & visits from relatives. It all takes organising & planning though, right!?! I’m not moaning it will be worth all the work.

Within Traditional Chinese Medicine this is the right time of year to be busy. The Spring is for making plans & hatching ideas & the Summer is for those plans to start coming to fruition, to blossom. It’s time to get out there, to make the most of the long hours of daylight, to have parties & events. If we have rested well enough in the colder & darker Winter days we should have built up our resources & have the energy to make the most of this season.

This weekend I am at the Exeter Respect festival tomorrow. Giving Shiatsu in the health zone. We are at the back of the park, behind the family zone. The tasters are a whole 30 minutes long & only £10. More details about the festival here. On Sunday I’m going to be on a steam train for my son’s 3rd birthday.  As I write this blog there is the requested chocolate cake cooking in the oven & a supermarket delivery full of picnic food due.

Next weekend I’ll be giving Shiatsu in Budleigh Salterton at the East Devon Mind, Body, Sprit Network’s fair. Shiatsu tasters will be 10 or 20 mins & £5 or £10.  Find more info about the event here.

On June 14th & 28th I am going to be offering Shiatsu tasters in Dawlish. Again 30 minutes for £10. I’ll be at Changes Now & bookings need to be made through them. Details of their website here.

On June 17th I hope to be an event in Dawlish – more details to follow…..

I have quite a few of my regular appointments are already booked up this month but there are still some spaces on Wednesdays in Exeter.  Any questions or to book an appointment in Exeter do get in touch – details on the ‘contact me’ page.

I hope you are all also enjoying your Spring plans blossoming, the longer days & the English Summertime! Xx
